Girl Scout Rainforest Expedition Patch (Ongoing)
Planning a trip to the California Academy of Sciences with your Girl Scout Troop? Brownies and Juniors can earn this fun patch while they explore the exhibits. By completing the Expedition Challenges they’ll take a closer look at tropical rainforests, the biodiversity found within them, and the important roles they play in the global ecosystem.
Print patch requirements and troop leader information from the Academy website before you visit or pick them up from the Naturalist Center when you arrive. Patches can be purchased from the Academy store. Must be a registered Girl Scout to participate. For more information on joining the Girl Scouts see the Girl Scouts of Northern California website.
