Discover a miniscule world where materials have special properties and new technologies have spectacular promise! Don’t miss NanoDays (March 24-April 1) at the Academy’s Naturalist Center.

Make your own nanomaterial using adhesive tape, investigate superthin materials used in solar cell technology, and change the color of a butterfly’s wings! Build a giant puzzle, play an “I Spy Nano” game, and much more.

NanoDays is a nationwide festival of educational programs organized by the Nanoscale Informal Science Education Network (NISE Net). To learn more about NanoDays and the amazing world of nanoscale science, visit What Is Nano?
