		<description><![CDATA[Yes - the infirmary was in constant use - and the BBC medic (Jane) was fantastic.  She not only treated members of our team, but she provided support to the local villagers who suffered from malaria, skin infections, and injuries of all sorts.  I personally had a minor ear blockage that kept me from properly hearing bird calls, and Jane got my ear working again...  These things can become serious quickly without a first-aid post of some sort nearby.]]></description>
