We have three Alban’s living, my father who will soon be 96 years old and the son of the expedition botanist, me, and my son who is the fifth generation of the name. We have all been either an only child, or an only son.

The entire Stewart family wanted to give his notes to the CAS because we felt that was where they belonged.
