Celebrate NanoDays in the Naturalist Center, March 28 - April 5. All-ages activities will be available throughout the day.

Discover a minuscule world where materials have special properties and new technologies hold amazing promises during this nationwide festival! Uncover the true color of a blue morpho butterfly wing, measure yourself in nanometers, build a giant nano puzzle, and much more! Join educators and researchers for fun hands-on activities throughout the week.

Visit the Naturalist Center

Located on Level 3, the Naturalist Center is the Academy's home of interactive learning. Touch specimens, ask questions, or join one of our daily programs, all free with admission. 

Hours

The Naturalist Center is open Monday-Thursday, 12 pm-4:45 pm, and Friday-Sunday (and select holidays), 11 am-4:45 pm.
