2015 Annual Fellows Gathering

Nominated by their peers and selected by the California Academy of Sciences’ Board of Trustees, Academy Fellows are distinguished scientists who have made notable contributions to one or more of the natural sciences. This year, the Academy is pleased to welcome 12 new members to this illustrious group of more than 400 scientists and to present one member with the annual Fellows’ Medal, the group’s highest honor.
