Michael, I found your excellent blog from a Google Alert. Thank you for the well-written review of this little book, and the care you took photographing it. It's the best coverage I ever got of it, and such a surprise 12 years later. It's nice to know books can survive even when hard to find. (I do have copies available ... people can query through my website.)
Your own artwork is quite wonderful. Put me on your mailing list... best wishes, Sandy
