How-To NightLife gets tasty with a night of cooking and cocktail demos from some of SF’s top culinary minds.

Impress the foodies in your life by picking up a few new kitchen skills at a NightLife featuring palate-pleasing workshops and demos. Discover what it means to make a truly crafted and well-engineered cocktail directly from the pros at The Perennial, one of San Francisco’s most innovative restaurants.

Learn to filet-it-yourself with Kirk Lombard, author of The Sea Forager’s Guide to Northern California, who will show you how to prep fish from ocean to table and talk about what it means to eat seafood sustainably.

Over at the Project Lab, Imperfect Produce will bring some of their “ugly” veggies to use in unique ways, and Ritual Coffee will demonstrate the art of brewing a perfect cup of coffee.

Learn how to keep your knives in tip-top condition from the sharpening gurus from Bernal Cutlery, and see what high-protein cricket flour is all about with Bitty Foods.

Meanwhile, DJs Turquoise Wisdom (Zach Cowie) and Andy Cabic show off their own (music) mixing skills in the Piazza.
