Reservations
Is there a way to purchase tickets?
This is a free event only available to current members and their guest(s).* Not a member? Join online or call our Contact Center at 1-800-794-7576 to become a member today.
How many tickets can I reserve at my membership level?*
Individual, Individual Plus, Senior, and Teacher: 2 Adult tickets
Family, Community Value: 2 Adult, 6 Child tickets
Family Plus, Associate, Hive: 4 Adult, 6 Child tickets
Other levels (Eastwood, Life): 2 Adult tickets
Friends/All Donors: 6 Adult, 6 Child tickets
Are there any cancelations, and is there a waiting list?
Due to limited space, there are a limited number of tickets available. We encourage everyone to RSVP early as we will not be holding a waiting list. Availability is on a first come, first served basis.
Can I RSVP the night of the event?
It is possible, but admission is not guaranteed. If capacity allows we will keep the reservation system until 8:30 pm. We encourage everyone to RSVP in advance.
I can’t find/I lost my ticket!
Please email the membership department at membership@calacademy.org, or call our Contact Center at 1-800-794-7576 and we will email your RSVP ticket. If you do not have email, we will print your ticket the night of the event.
Can I modify/change/cancel my RSVP?
Yes, please call our Contact Center at (800) 794-7576 to make any changes to your RSVP. Be prepared to provide your membership ID number and your order/confirmation number.
Checking In
Do we need to bring our tickets or can our names be looked up?
Please be prepared to print and bring your ticket for faster admission. If you display your tickets on your mobile device, please ensure they are readily accessible and screen brightness is all the way up.
Are my tickets transferable?
Yes, please have your guest(s) bring the RSVP ticket to the front entrance. A membership card is not required to check in at this event, nor do they need to be accompanied by a member. However, every guest must have a ticket to gain admission.
