African penguin Conservation: USFWS Final Rule on African penguin status
African penguin is in the USFWS (United States Fish and Wildlife Service) Federal Register Volume 75 Number 187. The attached link is the USFWS Final Rule on determining Endangered Status for the African penguin, The rule becomes effective 29 October 2010.-Pamela Schaller
