Book Reading: The Skin You Live In

You are invited to a reading of The Skin You Live In by author Michael Tyler, a lively story designed for children ages 3–8 that delivers an important message of social acceptance.
In celebration of the Academy’s new exhibit, Skin: Living Armor, Evolving Identity, this delightful picture book gives adults an accessible entry-point for discussing social concepts with children. The Skin You Live In will be available for purchase, and a book-signing will be held immediately following the reading.
Families with children encouraged to attend!
