Delightful NightLife news, delivered weekly.
Welcome, NightLifers!
NightLife is a community event where we want everyone to feel welcome and safe. Our trained staff is dedicated to creating a positive atmosphere, but they can’t do it alone! We ask our guests to help us maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for all by following these guidelines.
Be respectful:
- Treat others with courtesy and consideration. This includes fellow guests, volunteers, staff, and our living collections.
- Inappropriate behavior, harassment, discrimination and hate, or violence will not be tolerated.
- Respect the Academy's dedication to science, the environment, and our community.
Be responsible:
- Age: NightLife is 21+. Valid physical ID is required at all times.
- Alcohol: Consume alcohol responsibly in designated areas. Intoxication or disruptive behavior due to alcohol will lead to denial of service or removal.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted in or around the Academy Building at any time.
- Animals: We care deeply about our animals. No loud noises, flashing/bright lights, objects thrown into exhibits, or attempts to touch the animals.
- Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and stay within designated areas.
Be aware:
- Security: Academy staff are available to ensure that you enjoy NightLife safely. Please follow their instructions.
- Photography: Personal photography is allowed. Please be conscientious of locations where flash photography is prohibited.
- Prohibited items: Weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, etc. are not allowed.
Consequences of non-compliance:
Failure to follow these values may result in warnings, removal from the premises, or ongoing revocation of entry privileges.
