Group Booking terms and conditions

  • Daytime Admission tickets are required for public entry into the museum during regular public hours.
  • Guests ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers are not permitted. Please refer to the VIP Tour page for specific age requirements and other FAQs.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve a group. Your total balance is due 30 days prior to your tour date. If you are booking a tour within 30 days of your tour date, full payment is due at the time of booking. We recommend booking Group tours a minimum of 14 days in advance of the tour date.
  • Cancellations occurring 30 days or more prior to tour date will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. No refunds for groups canceling within 30 days of tour date.
  • Elements of tours are subject to change without notice.
